The final post.

This is the last entry of Bata-kun no Atarashii Nikki. I don’t plan on deleting this site. I do plan on deleting some entries or editing some of them, the short and not so bright ones, and keep the good posts. Maybe. I plan on fixing the site overall. Actually, Maestro should have the final say.

For now, enjoy the final entry if you can. It’s long. That’s all I can say.

Originally, I planned to close this site next week, but I felt that now is the best time to do so because I just wanted to finish the closing quickly. I thought this site was going to be the one site to go to. Was I so wrong?

Every English site I have created never got attention. They’re now long forgotten. It’s not like I pretended that my sites never existed. Alright, I did, but that was rare. Even then, not many people went to my sites.

There is no point of having myself create another English silly site. In fact, I don’t think my typing style suits western people anymore. Did my typing style even suit western people to begin with? It’s not like I know. In fact, I don’t think I will ever know.

Now these days, the only site I care about is my constantly rebuilding Japanese one. Right now, it’s still in a frozen state, but that’s because later in the month (or next month), I will buy my own site and after that along with the move, it will explode with a good amount of materials. I am loving this new site so far.

To those who still have the name Bata-kun on the links, if you can, make sure that you use the name right. That is, if it has a different name, use that name instead. I think I know one or two sites like this. Sorry if that sounded rude, but I wanted the name placement done the right way.

I don’t know why, but I am watching way less anime than when I was younger. It’s not that I don’t want to buy them. It’s that time is a big factor. There’s the family DVD player, but I rarely use it because the family uses it. I do have a DVD player myself, but guess what? It’s R2, not R1.

Despite the fact that manga is the total opposite, guess what. I have to thank the library. Jeff uses the library for anime. I use it for manga.

It’s hard being a game fan during these times. Sega does not have a console this time around. A lot of companies are closing down. I have my DS, but it can’t get all of the attention now. “Soul Calibur IV”? Give me “Toushinden V”. (I bet it’ll be horrid too though.) Anyone want to donate a PC-FX with games to me?

Wow. I have lots of hate. I guess I am good at hating things. Of course, I know people that are way better than me at it. Ha ha ha!

I must be one of the slowest people now. I was slow to catch that one idol fever. I am also slow to know that the Yamadera and Aoyama couples broke up. (I am probably better off not knowing why.) I tried “Arcana Heart” in Arcade Infinity right after the PS2 release. Yeah, I am as slow as a turtle.

I’ve been doing a lot of planning this year, a task I never did well with last year. Also, I’m becoming more aggressive with my schedule, another task I never did well with last year. Granted, I still am making the mistakes of sleeping late and buying a lot of things, but I’m cutting down my list of bad habits and I’m trying my best to get rid of them.

I wish people these days would appreciate more of the old stuff. I admit that I never finished a lot of series like “Marmalade Boy” and I never played a lot of the Japan-only Famicom games, but I still respect my history overall. Without my history, I wouldn’t see the entertainment in front of me now.

I don’t know why, but as of late, I’ve been looking into old sites. I guess I have to blame the fact that “Justice Gakuen” turned 10 last month. Oh and I’m starting to play it more and more. I want to redo my created characters so bad.

I want to wish the usual bloggers the very best. Much respect especially goes to Jeff, Omo, Zepy, Momo (even though there is the lack of updates these days), the bloggers at That Anime Blog, and those I have missed. I know I have missed a lot of people. I’m sorry. Forgive me.

This is the end. I join people like Chika-san in regards of being known by some people and not being heard from again. Thank you for reading.
